. . . Bette then gave us suggestions to better show the house, and  put together a beautiful advertising package of pictures for a virtual tour on her web site.  She immediately advertised the home weekly in the newspaper with a color picture and held an open house each weekend. 

Bette communicated with us through the entire process.  She went out of her way to show the home to interested buyers at their earliest convenience.  After each showing she would call us with the prospective buyers feedback to keep us informed of the progress.

This home was sold within a month of it’s listing with Bette.  I must mention this same home had been listed with another realtor and different company from October through December of 2005, with no activity.  Our experience with the other realtor helped us to recognize the attention to detail, marketing and professionalism Bette brought to the process.

We were so pleased we went on to list and sell another North Placentia property with Bette . . .
